Art holds an extreme therapeutic value in my life. I am passionate about facilitating intuitive art,  natural learning and healing, making meaningful connections and embracing all of our abilities and intentions. Fancy and frosted flower power forever! I am deeply inspired by anything botanical, retro or rustic vibes, bohemian boutique, shabbychic, mid-century modern design, bright color popping pallets, passive pastel hues, ArtDeco and Nouveau style, vintage surface patterns and fabrics, bold botanicals and delicate blooms, era + slow fashion, time piece treasures and decor, all of the natural beauty of Gaia and of course the magic!  I openly believe in the power of imagination, knowledge,  gratitude, positivity and laughter. “ You're sure to do impossible things if you follow your heart “

 

One of my most practiced passions is whimsical watercolor painting. Almost everyday I create art and bring paintings to life using mindfully mixed mirages, organically guided by physical movement, etheric and liquid forces, elements of mystery and unpredictability using organic handmade stamps and the phenomena of sacred geometrical shapes found in the wild of our world. 

 

 I enjoy exploring impressionism and abstract concepts. The flow and intention of the water is so freeing for my spirit. My natural niche and personal universal art style almost always retrocedes to the portrayal of botanicals and babes. I often create watercolor designs using compost such as homemade celery and lettuce stalk stamps!

 

My heart belongs to the “second hand” story. I can’t resist treasure hunting in our local thrift

stores, estate sales or vintage & flea markets. I promote a personal virtue of repurposing and

reusing in my art style. I organize and implement a mobile POpUpShOp with my business

DangerCatDesign vending and curating unique wardrobe statements, vintage fashion and homeware, tacky and tasteful trinkets, retro decor, funky memorabilia, hand picked fancy finds, one-of-a-kind items, Also my raw original art pieces, framed faves and prints. 

 

My vision to serve as a Creative Facilitator also reflects my core personal and ethical values, I  commit to, advocate for and encourage self-directed education, trusting natural curiosity and its vitality to guide authentic, self-motivated learning experiences for all learners. I want to create a democratic based, open-minded and self-directed learning environment for ideal opportunity for artistic and personal growth in littles, young children, youth, adults and seniors to learn and thrive both as individuals - and as a part of something bigger in the universe together.
